About Session
Even with revenue growth, controllers are resisting the corporate reflex to hire by betting on automation to support the finance team. This session provides a pair of practical roadmaps of how several teams leveraged technology and AI. One developed a working token-economics application that models the real cost of AI tokens, model tiers and AI-enabled workflows. The other built its own tool stack.
Attendees will come away with a real-world, blueprint on how to:
