Digital Transformation in Action: Inside Recent FinTech Upgrades

Rashida Malcolm Bradley | Lead Director of Health Services (Finance Ops), CVS
Stephen Edmondson | Director, Finance, FactSet Research Systems
Eric Lenard | Vice President & CFO, Innovation, Development & Quality, Medtronic
Anirudh Vadrevu | Financial Systems Manager, JetBlue

Moderated by: Mike DePrisco | President and CEO, IMA

What does digital transformation actually require inside a finance organization? In this panel moderated by Mike DePrisco, CEO of IMA (Institute of Management Accountants), you’ll hear from experienced finance leaders including Anirudh (Ani) Vadrevu, Financial Systems Manager at JetBlue, and Rashida Malcolm Bradley, Lead Director of Health Services (Finance Ops) at CVS, who have led significant system upgrades and integration efforts.

They’ll unpack the practical decisions behind their transformation journeys — from system selection and integration considerations to stakeholder alignment and change management – and what they would do differently.  Learn how others have successfully navigated complex system changes inside their organization as you balance digital transformation execution and tradeoffs in your own organization.

Mike DePrisco is President and CEO of IMA® (Institute of Management Accountants), where he leads strategy and engagement for a global community of about 125,000 accounting and finance professionals. With more than 30 years of executive leadership experience across professional associations and higher education, he is focused on expanding IMA’s value for professionals navigating a rapidly evolving business landscape.

Stephen Edmondson is Director of Finance at FactSet Research Systems, where he leads Corporate FP&A. He brings a rare dual perspective to finance transformation: before moving into FP&A leadership, Stephen spent over a decade in application engineering, business intelligence, and data warehousing — building the technical foundation (SQL, Kimball dimensional modeling, TM1) he now applies to forecasting, planning, and executive reporting. A vocal advocate for a unified Finance Data Model as the foundation for scalable, trustworthy reporting, he has led cross-functional initiatives modernizing FactSet’s HCM and Finance systems and has partnered directly with the CFO, CPO, and executive leadership on strategic investment programs, pricing analytics, and board-level financial communications. Stephen holds an MBA in Business Analytics and Finance from NYU Stern and a B.S. in Computer Science from Michigan State University.

Eric Lenard is Vice President, Global Services Finance at Johnson & Johnson, where he leads global finance operations including accounting, payroll, compliance, and enterprise financial services for a global organization supporting J&J’s businesses worldwide. Since joining J&J in 2004, he has held numerous senior finance leadership roles across Vision Care, General Surgery, Orthopaedics, Corporate Treasury, and surgical robotics, and is known for driving large‑scale transformation, capital strategy, and operational excellence. Eric is a Certified Management Accountant, a member of the Institute of Management Accountants Global Board, and a recognized leader in finance and healthcare
