About Session
Talk to the finance and procurement teams actually running the process, and the question isn’t whether AI is agentic; it’s whether it changes what their day looks like. This session comes out of what we’re hearing directly from leaders in the field: approvals stuck in inboxes with no visibility, AP teams that can’t scale without adding headcount, requesters who still need to track down the right vendor and account code before they can even submit. We’ll show what changes when the work runs on your organization’s own spend data (your vendors, your budgets, your policies) instead of generic intelligence layered on top. That distinction, not the word “agentic,” decides whether a platform changes how you work or just adds another dashboard to check. Attendees will leave with a clear-eyed view of what to expect, what to ask vendors, and what’s already working today.
Learning Objectives
- Hear what finance and procurement leaders are saying about where manual work costs them time, compliance, and headcount, and where agentic AI is already closing that gap.
- Understand why an agent trained on your own spend data acts differently than general-purpose AI layered on top of your existing tools, and why that difference matters more than the label
- See specific agentic capabilities live in Procurify today so you can separate what’s shipping from what’s still a pitch.
