Eric Lenard is Vice President, Global Services Finance at Johnson & Johnson, where he leads global finance operations including accounting, payroll, compliance, and enterprise financial services for a global organization supporting J&J’s businesses worldwide. Since joining J&J in 2004, he has held numerous senior finance leadership roles across Vision Care, General Surgery, Orthopaedics, Corporate Treasury, and surgical robotics, and is known for driving large‑scale transformation, capital strategy, and operational excellence. Eric is a Certified Management Accountant, a member of the Institute of Management Accountants Global Board, and a recognized leader in finance and healthcare.
