About Albert Gozzi
Albert Gozzi is the Co-Founder and CEO of Aleph, the AI-native FP&A platform built for how finance teams actually work. Aleph connects to more than 150 data sources across ERP, CRM, HRIS, and billing systems to create a single source of truth, then automates reporting, budgeting, and forecasting inside the spreadsheets finance teams already use.
Under Albert’s leadership, Aleph has grown its customer base tenfold since its Series A and raised a $29 million Series B led by Khosla Ventures, with continued backing from Bain Capital Ventures, Picus Capital, and Y Combinator, bringing total funding to $46 million. Finance teams at Zapier, Turo, Harvey, and Chess.com rely on Aleph to cut manual work and spend their time on analysis instead.
Before founding Aleph, Albert was a consultant at Bain & Company, where he worked with companies on strategy and performance improvement. He holds an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business.
Albert works closely with finance leaders putting AI into production, and speaks frequently on what separates teams running AI agents in live workflows today from those still stuck in pilots. He argues that the constraint is rarely the models themselves and almost always the governance and quality of the data underneath them.
