About Shoma Sinha
Shoma Sinha is a finance and systems transformation leader with more than two decades of experience across accounting, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), and finance transformation. Since 2004, she has led transformation initiatives focused on aligning people, processes, and systems. As a change management practitioner, she helps finance functions improve efficiency and achieve meaningful technology adoption.
She is the Founder and Principal of Vikaraa LLC, a WBENC-certified consulting firm that builds the finance infrastructure companies need for operational, audit, and governance readiness.
Before founding Vikaraa, Shoma held senior finance leadership roles at global institutions, including Mizuho Bank, Mashreq Bank, and ICICI Bank, as well as fast-growing technology companies. She applies enterprise-level financial discipline and transformation experience to the fast-moving, practical needs of startups and small and midsize businesses.
Her expertise spans enterprise platforms, including NetSuite, Oracle, Hyperion, and SAP, as well as financial planning, process optimization, controls, and management reporting.
Shoma brings a practical, finance-first approach to transformation, helping finance teams move beyond manual operations toward greater visibility, stronger decision-making, and scalable growth.
